-Assisted the Vice President of the Technical Division with reviewing resumes and hiring all

tower personnel.

-Advised on the selection of vehicles for both the Fiber Division and Tower Division.

Implemented a process for employees to utilize vehicles to travel between their residence and

the office. Managed and enforced all maintenance items. Insured all DOT requirements were

met within the fleet of 20+ vehicles.

mechanical down-tilt’s using Kathrein, Andrew, or RFS equipment. Awarded top performing crew

during US Cellular microwave project in West Virginia. Completed microwave hops with 6, 8,

Completion of 3G work, Sweeps within Specs, RET Screen Shots, Site Photo's and Daily Reports

as well as Job Site Analysis. Responsible for directing multi-disciplinary teams in integrating new

Ericsson RBS 3106, 3206 and RBS 3518 systems into existing GSM site sites.

Responsible for a cost effective product and insuring that product that meets the client needs.

Coordinated equipment materials and manpower in order to meet the deadlines of the customer

and meet a “Zero Return” policy.

Ensure quality construction standards and adherence to project plans. Coordinate QA processes

and resolution including all punch-list items.

Assisted General Dynamics in the AT&T UMTS builds in New Jersey. Oversaw a three man crew

with all safety considerations in mind. Complete sites in a timely fashion within the allotted

budget. Installed 6 antennas, 3 coax lines, and dual port TMA’s on the typical site. Performed

sweep tests and reported results in a full and complete closeout package. Completed red line

drawings on all site cd’s, resized and renamed all site photos, re-labeled all .dat files to the

proper naming convention, and completed all other close out documentation. Maintained

constant communication with all supervisors. Completed project ahead of time with zero punch

sites and no jobsite injuries.

OPTO22 computerized monitoring systems in addition to Telemetry and Tower Sentry

monitoring systems. Erected Towers, General Tower Maintenance, Co-Locates, Full Turn Key

Sites, Paint maintenance, Guy wire change outs, structural mods, and some civil to include

concrete shelter pads and guy tower anchors. Extremely knowledgeable in heavy rigging and

double drum and gin pole use. Extremely proficient in using a dillon and theodolite for plumb

and tension.
